In the healthcare industry, data tells a powerful story—but too often, the voices and experiences of women of color remain underrepresented in the narrative. Leveraging data to spotlight the realities of the healthcare workforce, this program seeks to bridge the gap by addressing the systemic barriers, challenges, and opportunities faced by women of color. Through evidence-based insights and open dialogue, this program offers:

Expert Insights: Learn from thought-provoking and data-driven panel discussions featuring industry leaders and changemakers.

First Access to Data: Explore survey results and insights before they’re publicly released, with detailed reports provided to all attendees.

Collaborative Brainstorming: Engage in interactive sessions to tackle systemic challenges and co-create actionable solutions.

The program brings together thought leaders, advocates, and innovators to illuminate untold stories, identify areas for growth, and inspire actionable solutions to drive impactful change. By focusing on data and dialogue, this program offers a strategic and solutions-oriented approach to amplifying the voices and experiences of women of color, creating a pathway for a more inclusive and collaborative healthcare industry.
