As AI and automation continue to transform the health and life sciences industries, many jobs will evolve—or disappear altogether. But certain roles, especially those requiring emotional intelligence, ethical decision-making, complex problem-solving, and human connection, will remain essential. This webinar explores how leadership must adapt to guide organizations through this shift, identifying the roles that cannot be replaced and developing strategies to cultivate talent for them. Viewers will gain insight into future-ready leadership models, workforce training approaches, and organizational practices that elevate human potential in an increasingly digital world.  M
