You’re the one your team looks to when everything feels uncertain—and you want to show up with steadiness, empathy, and a clear plan. But managing through disruption isn’t easy. When priorities shift daily, morale is shaky, and resources are stretched thin, even strong managers can struggle to lead effectively. This session is designed for healthcare professionals in people-leadership roles who need practical, immediate strategies for navigating disruption without losing momentum—or their teams. You’ll start with real-world insights on managing communication, motivation, and performance during uncertain times. Then, you’ll work through case studies inspired by actual management challenges, collaborating with peers to uncover smart, people-centered solutions. This session will give you more than just tools—it will give you the clarity and confidence to lead your team through change with purpose, adaptability, and resilience.
