Dr. Joseph is the Owner and Principal Investigator at Manhattan Behavioral Medicine PLLC, and has worked on over 60 clinical research trials in behavioral health and neuroscience. She is a skilled psychometric rater. She is an expert on High Functioning Depression and her site is conducting the first of its kind research on High Functioning Depression. Dr. Joseph is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Child and Adolescent psychiatry at NYU Langone Medical Center/NYU Child Study Center. She is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and Child & Adult Psychiatrist who specializes in psychopharmacology and talk therapy. Her private practice is located in Midtown Manhattan.
She teaches medical media courses to physicians and medical students at Columbia University, New York University and Harlem Hospital. She is the 2020 and 2023 award winner for the Share Care for best Mental Health Web Series with MedCircle and an ADHD piece with Good Morning America. She is on the board of Let's Talk Menopause and has advocated for health policy changes for Women’s healthcare.
