HBA Global Ambassador Program - Champion Training

The HBA Global Ambassador Program (GAP) is a strategic leadership accelerator that empowers companies to build and retain a strong pipeline of future leaders. Through real-world, company-embedded experiences, participants gain visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership skills—while delivering measurable business impact and driving organizational growth.

Each program is set up and led by the Champion Team. This 4-part training series serves as the foundation of learning for incoming Champions, providing detailed program instructions, timelines, resources, and more, to set their program up for success.
