HBA Global Ambassador Program - Champion Training

The HBA Global Ambassador Program is the HBA’s flagship global corporate initiative for leadership development. HBA GAP offers leadership immersion to address improvement in current professional development opportunities within companies. The program transcends existing company ERGs, aiming to elevate women to influential decision-making roles.

Each program is set up and led by the CHAMPIONS. This 4-part training series serves as the foundation of learning for new Champions, providing detailed program instructions, timelines, resources, and more, to set their program up for success.
