This dynamic session unveils new findings from the HBA Think Tank’s latest research initiative, Mental Health, Wellness & Work: A Survey of the Healthcare Industry. This study explores how mental health and wellness are experienced in the workplace by professionals across the healthcare ecosystem—and what organizations must do to meet the moment. In an environment where well-being is both a human and business imperative, this session will move beyond traditional presentation to active engagement. Through live polling, real-time data interpretation, and facilitated discussion, we’ll examine key insights around burnout, psychological safety, workplace benefits, and the cultural factors influencing health and productivity. Together, we’ll explore how companies can translate these findings into tangible strategies that support a healthier, more sustainable workforce—particularly for women working across healthcare and life sciences.
