This session creates accountability in closing the gender health gap through the [w]Health index. The [w]Health Index is a new tool that aims to support organizations in taking action to advance the health of women by assessing current activities, comparing against peers, and learning from best practices to drive both health and business outcomes. It is comprised of six sector-specific indices for healthcare ecosystem players and one industry-agnostic employer index relevant for all leadership to assess how they support the health of their female employees to drive retention, productivity, and progression.

With her life motto of “Work hard, be kind, and good things will happen,” combined with the DNA from a family of serial entrepreneurs, Paula is always looking for new ways of making an impactwithin and outside the firm. Recently, together with a passionate village of women and allies, she founded and leads [w]Health, a global platform of more than 100 companies with the mission of advancing women’s health worldwide.
