Previously, Dagmar designed and delivered Pfizer UK’s award‑winning Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap strategy and is co‑author of Innovationin'sThe Visibility Advantage (2025), a practical toolkit for building confidence, influence and career agility.


Dagmar serves as Vice President, EMEA for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), shaping the healthcare ecosystem to accelerate equity and develop leaders for life. She is a recipient of the HBA ACE Award, recognised for leading Pfizer UK’s breakthrough strategy that halved the organisation’s gender pay gap in just four years — from 15.9% to 6.6%.

Elizabeth Turner has spent her career working across sales leadership, marketing and market access functions at biopharmaceutical companies of varying therapeutic focus and development stages. Liz currently serves as Vice President, Global Market Access at Mirum. Prior to Mirum, she served in similar roles at Galera Therapeutics and Arena Pharmaceuticals. Before her transition to Market Access, Liz served in both marketing and sales roles of increasing leadership responsibility for 10 years at Amgen and five years at Pfizer. Liz holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida and a BA in mass communications from the University of South Florida.
