True leadership goes beyond personal success—it’s about advocating for others to help them reach their full potential. This webinar will explore how to champion your team through mentoring, reverse mentoring, and sponsorship. You’ll learn how to effectively communicate your team’s achievements, create psychologically safe spaces that encourage constructive feedback, and help your team members build powerful networks for growth. By the end of this session, you’ll have the tools to lead with impact, empower others to succeed, and break down the barriers holding them back.
