Known for her thoughtful, data-informed approach to leadership development and conference design, Telesia is passionate about creating spaces that foster meaningful connection, practical insight, and purposeful leadership in moments that matter.

Meghan Muniz is a global leader in designing transformative programs that foster meaningful connections and elevate community impact. At Pfizer, she drives strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion partnerships, including the Refugee Leadership Initiative, which empowers refugees through leadership development and employment pathways.

Passionate about mentorship and advocacy, Meghan has developed corporate hospitality programs for international sporting events, led mainstage programming at industry-related events, and launched Yahoo’s first multimedia fellowship with NABJ and NAHJ. She actively collaborates with organizations to expand inclusive opportunities for all and currently serves as Director at Large, Programming, for HBA San Diego as well as a mentor for Disability:IN's NextGen Leader program.

Meghan was recognized with HBA's Key Liaison Award (2023), Everest Award (2024), and Global Educational & Events Achievement (2024) for her contributions to the organization. She holds degrees from Villanova University and the University of Denver, along with inclusive leadership certifications from Cornell University.
